Pearl/shift pigment powder
Gives a pearl finish and colour shift depends on the direction of the light
Weight of powder: select from menu.
Packaged : small screw top jar
Instructions:
1.Apply your base colour.
2.Apply a gel top coat (non-wipe recommended ).Cure for manufacturer 's time
3.Use a sponge tipped eye shadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface. (IMPORTANT : Brush off excess powder)
4.Seal with gel top coat.
Recommended to be used over gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat. Best used with Non Wipe Gel Top Coat
TOP TIPS
The less pigment you apply the better colour shift effect it will have.
